I stayed at the hotel and tried this restaurant three times hoping I could eat there for the convenience. All three times it was disappointing. Salmon salad was made with rubbery iceberg lettuce and precooked salmon that was obviously just slapped back on the flat top. Vegetable ravioli was swimming in a thick Alfredo like sauce with scarce vegetables, mostly carrot slices. Vegetable plate was highly unimaginative with a huge bowl of ranch in the middle. Soups were pretty good though I’m not sure if they were house made.
