DON’T GO. My burger was greasy and had a piece of plastic from a kitchen utensil stuck to the bottom of the bun. We waited over 20 minutes for the check, then gave up and put a $20 bill under the edge of a plate. We stopped at the restroom then started heading out and were stopped by the waitress at the door because she claimed she didn’t take the $20 bill and none of the other staff did either so we had to pay a second time. Also, didn’t take the burger with a piece of plastic in it off the bill. Will not be going back.
Normally I have a 3 strikes and your out rule when it comes to restaurants. This time I will allow 2 strikes. Presentation was terrible but flavor of food was worse. I had the open face turkey sandwich special. A less than desirable amount of gravy was drizzled over the top and it was served with corn that tasted freezer burned. In addition, service was completely inattentive. Eat at your own risk –you will leave hungry and disappointed.
I want to like it, but can’t.. We’ve been here several times and I want to like this place. I do. It’s close to my house, the atmosphere is good, but the food is just awful. They keep changing the menu and it has potential, but I don’t know if they find their cooks off the street or what. It’s always greasy and mostly flavorless. The best item on the menu, the portabella mushrooms are now gone. The rest is just greasy bad bar food. It stinks because it’s such a nice place and the service is generally good,. We’ve been there for drinks later in the evening and we like it to hang out, but if they want to have a full menu, they need to do it right and do it good if they want people to come in to eat. I hope it gets better, but it’s been worse with each visit. We probably wouldn’t go back now unless we see some new reviews or better word of mouth. It’s out on the streets though.. Krav’n’s not good. Plus, the portions are tiny for the price. There’s a lot better options out there.
Great classy eclectic sports bar atmosphere. Good food for the money and great drink specials. Lots of trust worthy people, I left my cue stick here twice and the employees have always looked out for me.
Just OK. Been to kRav’N a few times. It is just OK. The atmosphere is nice but the food is questionable. If I am going out to eat it is not the first place I think of. Upgrade the quality of the product. One gets the feeling that this is the way it is take it or leave it. Great opportunity considering the neighborhood.
