We really enjoy Lalibella East African Restaurant. Combination plate, Injera, Tibs are all good. It is traditional to eat with your Right hand only as this restaurant will bring silverware on request. Tear the Injera with your Right hand, placing meat, eggs, vegetables or garnish inside the bread. Service is unhurried but pleasant, cmon, where do you need to be in such a hurry? A definite cultural experience that’s also very, very tasty.
