I went 3 times during my 2 week stay in Sioux Falls for work and each time was amazing. I ha the pleasure of speaking with the owner (a wonderful grandfather who sported a black eye with a funny story), grandsons were so kind and pleasant. I thought the restaurant was just amazing! The building is gorgeous, the spacing was perfect and the many types of wines were just amazing. I went one evening for a tasting and hor de vours. and it was absolutely delicious. I was in HEAVEN!!! The wine is so tasty. I had the pleasure of eating the Lobster ravioli and the Lobster Bake (my absolute favorite!!!) The food is cooked fresh, the seasoning was just right and it was just amazing. The menu has something for everyone and the tasting, makes you want to try more of the meals they serve, it is just so darn good. The wait staff brings you hot bread and softened butter that is s delicious, you will think you are IN Italy. I enjoyed stories of the wines and a somewhat funny story about a wall of wine that was knocked over breaking all the bottles.. I enjoyed stories about the wines that they do sell and was able to purchase a mixed case of wines to ship home. I was over the moon to see wines that support No-Kill shelters and pictures of the animals on the bottles. I got each one. If you are in Sioux Falls, visit the Falls and then visit this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.
Was really looking forward to eating here. I had wanted to try it for years. After we got seated everything went downhill fast. It took the serve 10 minutes to introduce himself. Keep in mind the place is almost empty. Than the food was a big let down. My food was wrong and when it was fixed it was cold. It took the server 10 minutes again to check on our food. I won’t be returning.
