This was a disappointing experience. The wait for the table 1hr 20 min. The service was slow (45 minutes from order to food and we only order pizzas) and we got the wrong order. No apologies or concerns about the quality of service.I give food a 4/5, service a 2/5 and the guard dog (she did not speak just barked) at the hosting desk can not be rated.
This is my favorite place in Sioux Falls! I love the decor and the atmosphere. I’ve only sat at the bar and had food/drinks. Service can be a bit slow at times, but I think the good prices, beers, and pizza (amazing!) is worth a little wait. We’ve also tried the wings which were pretty good.
Seriously disappointed! Stopped in on Friday, Dec 4, at about 4:35…. Plan was to meet 3 other friends for dinner/drinks at 5:00. Host informed my wife and I that we could not be seated at a table until the full group showed up, so we would have to stand and wait, or get a seat at the bar, which was full, they would not take a reservation? Over half the tables were empty! Group showed up at 5, as expected, and we were seated, food was excellent, service was SLOW, waiter ran his butt off, but was covering too many tables to be efficient. Biggest problem of the evening happened when we were informed that the bar could only serve us beer, as the water was shut off and they could not make any mixed drinks. And, oh by the way, the restrooms don’t work so walk a block and a half to the Washington Pavilion and use their’s. No apologies, no drinks, no explanation. Food gets 4 stars, service gets 3, front of the house management only gets 1. We won’t be back anytime soon.
