Horrible. They brought me my steak half way through my salad. As I wasn’t ready, they held it. Smart to not put it under the heat lamps to over cook it, but they just set it aside. By the time I got it the potato was so cold it wouldn’t melt whipped butter. I won’t talk about the steak
Life long favorite!. As a life long resident of the Sioux Falls area, Minerva’s is the best place to eat in Sioux Falls! Great service and very consistent! Keeps getting better and better! Great Job Guys and Gals!Try the Cajun Chicken Linguine or the Pepper Steak and Pasta!
Always good. Minerva’s turns out consistently good food. It is not gourmet dining but themenu has plenty of interesting choices. I guess I don’t understand whypeople still go to the salad bar when there are so many more delicious thingsto try. And I guess I’m a little old fashioned but it’d be nice if the men wouldremove their hats while they’re enjoying an atmosphere that is very nice indeed.
Very nice place. Full on a Saturday night but was able to get full menu at the bar. Had the salmon & was excellent.
Dark and intimate atmosphere, a few small families but mostly people with business colleagues. Menu looked great, ended up getting honey salmon with Harvest (goat cheese /apple /walnut salad. Salmon was fine, nothing special. Broccoli was steamed nicely but zero seasoning… which is healthy but I like something on my broccoli. LOVED the Basil Grande martini (with cracked pepper). Service was good but waitress had a hard time recommending things.
We hadn’t been there for awhile, and went last Tuesday evening. The food was great, and so was the service! Nice to see that the salad bar hasn’t changed in all these years.
Disappointed. Tried the coffee ribeye. Holy maple syrup on a steak. WTF. First bite was like an explosion of flavor (coffee, maple, steak) by the fifth bite it was hard to finish. Too sweet. Potato casserole was good.
