Service was excellent! Our server was friendly and very attentive. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. I normally love Olive Garden, but for whatever reason this location (and others I’ve been to recently) seem to be going downhill. There were a lot of pieces of wilted/brown lettuce in our salad, and both of our pasta dishes were mushy – maybe microwaved or just way overcooked. The chicken in one pasta dish was also somewhat gooey. Normally, I love Olive Garden – but we likely won’t be back for awhile.
Great customer service. I placed an order online using Olive Garden’s website. When I arrived, the food wasn’t ready even though I ordered it over an hour beforehand. At first I was annoyed but the staff went above and beyond apologizing for the food not being ready and even went as far as giving me a gift card for $20, which was more than the meal I ordered to begin with. I was very impressed with their customer service, admitting they made a mistake and correcting it. The food was also great.

Delicious!. I have only ever been here 2 times, but it was great. The food was awesome both times. I had a party of 11 people, and we were served immediately. The servers were great in asking for refills and checking up on how we were doing. They were very compatible. The breadsticks are delicious! I like to dip them in the pasta’s I order. I have sampled dang near everything on the menu, and I am very happy with it. The amount of food you get is worth the price!
Consistent. What I really like is that the food is consistently good from one visit to the next. They will work with the diner on dietary restrictions, which is also important to me. I love getting the soup, salad, and breadsticks. The tiramisu is wonderful! Even though they threaten to treat me like family, I go there often! (I was so hoping to be treated better than that! ha!) I highly recommend the Olive Garden!
Great Italian food cheap!. I tell you, you’ll be hard pressed to find better service/food at these prices or any price. I know, chain restaurant bla, bla, bla, but this one is good! Try the the Chianti Braise Short Ribs, unbelievable! Service is great, you can’t miss with this one and could spend twice as much for 1/2 as good.
Worst experience ever!! Went with my girlfriend and was seated within five minutes. That was fine after we were seated two other couples came in behind us and were served. We sat there for 15 minutes and no server ever came over to our table. There were four different servers that were walking around our section and not a single one of them came to our table. I asked to talk to a manager and no one came to me so I had to go to them. The manager was VERY rude to us and asked us questions that had nothing to do with our experience. I have never walked out of a restaurant before and this was the worst ever!!! Two out of the three times that I have been there have been terrable. The first time I was there the server had to comp. A bunch of our meal because he did such a poor job. Do not eat here!!!
