the food is great, yes. but the kitchen is absolutely disgusting. the employees are always unhappy with their jobs but put on a good front. the managers seem nice but talk crap about a lot of their customers after the customer leaves. the wait time is always longer than it should be because the store cant keep staff. guess it sucks to work somewhere with that poor management; can’t keep any employees.
I like panera bread– it is delicious, and reliable as it is a chain. I just would not visit this location. Terrible service. I was the only one in store and it took 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Disappointing.
