If you are on a diet, you may want to look elsewhere for a sandwich in Sioux Falls. If not, I wouldn’t point you anywhere else. I love this little sandwich chain from Montana. Good breads, awesome sandwich options and flavors, and unique atmosphere make this one of my top picks for sandwiches in the area. Hot sandwiches could be used as hot packs right out of the kitchen, just the way it ought to be; consider yourself warned. Half sandwich is plenty for average appetites and the Heaven Bars really might just help you meet St. Peter a little quicker.
Prompt and accurate service. Fresh food. Great options, both as sandwiches and salads. Yummy soup. Cool atmosphere. And pickles in a barrel.. Although sometimes they are a mushy.
Amazing Service, Fast Delivery!. First off, the food is delicious. Fresh bread, good meats, fabulous toppings. The friendly atmosphere in their small restaurant on Western Ave extends to the delivery service in the form of friendly drivers and quick service. Cheap prices for yummy food and convenient delivery!Their drivers will go out in practically any weather (something that can’t be overstated with the winter storms around Sioux Falls!), and are always prompt. I ordered from Pickle Barrel regularly when I lived in Sioux Falls, and I never had a bad sandwich from them, nor have I ever had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my food (usually more like 15-20). The consistency of their service and product is what kept me going back to them time after time, and what prompts me to recommend them to anyone in town who doesn’t want to brave the harsh climate just for a Subway sandwich. Pickle Barrel’s prices are the best, and their sandwiches are PACKED with good stuff.
Ordered Twice. Took 1 hour 12 minutes for delivery the first time. Store said they were short on drivers, but they could have said there’d be a huge delay when I ordered. 2nd time I ordered the meat in the sandwich was slimy and didn’t taste right. My coworker and I threw our sandwiches away.
Best subs in town… No question.
