I will always be a fan of Red Rossas pizzas! There are so many average pizza chains in Sioux Falls, and Red Rossa offers a different variety than your other pizza chains.
Terrible service. Ordered 4 pizzas, two gluten free. Could not get the second gf pizza to save their lives. Apologised and took it off the bill, but sheesh. GF crust is cardboard. Regular crust is ok. Can’t seem to handle a Thursday night mini rush.
Terrible Customer Service. I ordered a Pepperoni pizza for carryout 20 minutes in advance. I arrived and it was not ready and then an employee who appeared to be in a manger role (shorter Caucasian guy, 30s, lots of tattoos) handed the girl at the front a box from someone else’s order. I thought that was weird, and as I was walking away, I opened the box and saw no toppings. The girl at the counter was busy, so I asked the taller Caucasian guy with a beard who was tossing the pizza if the toppings were underneath the cheese, to which he said they were. I arrived all the way home, and learned there were no toppings under the cheese. I paid for a Pepperoni pizza!
