OMG Too!. Love Taco Bell but this location is so bad. Always have to wait unrealistically long. Was going to eat in the lobby 1/4/2015.Lobby hours are open till 10:00. We were there at 9:20 and doors were locked. We called the phone number for this location and talked to them. They’re response was that the doors were open. No they weren’t and after we got back in our car someone came out and opened the doors. He watched us leave and in the time we were there 3 other cars had come and left because the doors were still locked. Poor management. We usually go across town to another location to get better service and product. They have mixed up our orders many times. Just can’t figure out why nobody seems to care. New building but poor, poor service. Also one of the dirtiest in town and we live on this side of town. We were so glad when the new building opened up. Not any more. We now have other new choices on our side of town and will only go to Taco Bell when in other parts of Sioux Falls,.
OMG. This place was remodled, but the staff and service was terrible! Every table was dirty, the condiment and utensil area was depleted. We had to wait 20 min for a basic number order. The staff was joking about the overflow of orders and passing the buck on the cleaning jobs. This could be a great fast food option on the east side, but when the manager walked out with a cig during rush hour……..well, it sucked.
