12/28/13. The worst I’ve ever had. $23 for a bone in rib eye. So much fat and grizzle. I came hungry and went home hungry. I hate spending that much and go home hungry

It was busy, but we sat at the bar and got in right away. I had a 12oz hand cut Filet mignon. I’d say it was THE BEST STEAK I’VE EVER HAD!!! Didn’t wait long for food. Bartenders were a good show. All around great time. Good job.

A great value. I visit this location approx once every few months and was saddened to hear that Ari (great bartender) no longer worked there. She always remembered my name and what I drank, no matter how long between visits! The rest of the staff is excellent and I will still go there. The food is always a gr8 bang for the buck! Very consistent.
Obnoxious atmosphere. We ate here on a Friday night, so it was quite busy. The space between tables barely gives you any room to move, and our little table was actually one that they’d split up, so we were practically sitting right next to another couple and had no privacy at all. Plus it confused the servers as they kept serving the wrong food to us and the next table. There’s giant tvs everywhere, plus loud music, and it’s difficult to have a conversation with your dinner companion. The food was good, but a lot of places have good food and for me the atmosphere is a deal breaker. I said I liked it because I did like the food, but I’m in no hurry to return.
I’ve lost all patience with this place.. I hate going inside Texas Roadhouse because of the ear-splititng volume, so we usually order to-go instead. Our last 4 orders there have been an experience, let me tell you… Once, my husband waited there for over 90 minutes when they took the order, but didn’t give it to the kitchen, and then they took the order and lost it again. They always forget a bunch of items that are supposed to come with our meals – this last trip was the kicker – we got it home to discover we were missing our side salads, the loadings for our potatoes, and the au jus for my husband’s prime rib. We spend a lot of money at this place, we’re tired of having to make the choice to either go back for the missing items and have a cold meal, or ignore their mistakes and get ripped off. So I’m saying goodbye to the roadhouse, this level of carelessness has me concerned about the preparation and quality of the facilities, the food, and the employees. Their management team should be fired.
