Worst customer service.. I called an hour ahead as that’s their policy to be put on the wait list. Not only was I put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on I was then put on hold again for another 10 minutes only to be told that seating was only available for an hour and a half later. Would have been nice to have been told that when I first called.Totally unacceptable customer service.
I just moved to Sioux Falls from Dallas Texas and stopped in for what I thought would be a place that felt like home. I know Texas Roadhouse is a national chain but I honestly can’t tell you where one is located in Texas itself! The food is average at best, service is so so and it certainly did not make me feel like I was back home in Texas… It’s definitely a very stereotypical place. Anyways, I suppose if you are in the mood for a decent reasonably priced steak and the wait at Outback is just too long, this could be a decent fall back.
Great time. We went here a few months ago. We all had a good time, it was the weekend and it was busy all with no hang ups. We had the onion blossom that was wonderful and priced very nice. The table had: burger and fries, road kill steak, chili, and chicken Alfredo salad. Not one person complained.. oh wait we all did we were extremely full NOT Road houses fault
