So good! Real wood smoked BBQ that is so tender and flavorful!! The beef brisket, ribs and pulled pork wee to die for!! We had them cater our wedding and it was amazing and our guests loved it!! Highly recommend The Rib Shack for any occasion!! P.S. The BBQ sauce (spicy) is the best and you really gotta try their macaroni salad, it’s so unique and yummy yummy!
I got it to go. Ribs were ok nothing to write home about but not bad either. The rest of the menu I tried needs help. Sauces were boring. They all tasted different but nothing that made it zing. I ended up using one from home. Cole slaw was mush with no texture and only 4 bites to the portion size, same with the other side I ordered. To small. To much money for to little. I wanted a meal not ribs with a taste of what sides were. They may make it there but the ingredients taste homogenized. Seems like much of it comes from a store and then gets mixed together on site, at least tastes like it.
