Brad’s is a family favorite. The BBQ is good. I usually get chicken tenders and they are always crispy and hot. The banana pudding is some of the best.
Good BBQ. I tried Brad’s on a friend’s recommendation, glad I did ! BBQ sandwich was just right, tender, lean, and not drowning in sauce. There’s sauce on the table for those that like more. The Cole slaw was the best I’ve found yet. Friendly and prompt service.Comfortable atmosphere.
Absolutely Horrible!!!!!!. All things considered I consider myself to be a rather seasoned BBQ’er as well as BBQ connoisseur, but please steer clear of Brad’s Bar-B-Q. I ordered the Smoked Turkey Sandwich(Smoked must be relatively speaking) There was no smoke! This really looked like a thick sliced deli turkey breast that you can buy from any commercial food supplier. I also order the jumbo Bar-B-Q sandwich. The pork has to be par cooked and had little to no smoke and lacked any seasoning. I truly desire local companies to succeed, but consumers expect at least something other than good service to keep them coming back.
The service was great!! I felt righr at home abd was even given suggestions on what to try!
Not military friendly. Refused to accept the I.d. for a beer. Pork was cold and dry. Sauce was good. Never again.
Brad’s is my favorite place for BBQ in Memphis. Great homemade slaw and potato salad. The banana pudding is a must- the best I’ve ever had.
