Bad Service. I have continually received less than adequate service at various Danver’s locations, Thankfully, the service has not affected the quality of the product. Managers have apologized for the rude and unprofessional conduct of the counter personnel. However, this the third and final strike in my book. I hope your franchisa can overcome the disappointment I have experienced. Danver’s used to be a great place to eat. I would not recommend it to anyone at this point.
The manager i guess. This man was fixing the roast beef sandwiches….i ordered a roast beef, potato, and a coke to go….i ask if i could have an extra small containter to put my butter, cheese and bacon bits it….the girl was going to give me one and the man behind the grill blew a gasket……..said no!!!!!! we do give out this boxes because they could get a free salad….i did not want no salad, i only wanted to put my ingredients all into one little bowl….i preceeded to tell him that the last time i used the little tiny bowls with the lids that all of the lids cam off and everything was a mess…..do you know, he did not even show me the respect to answer me and explain a little further…i did not want the whole salad bar, just butter, bacon bits, chives, and a little cheese all in one containter….if that is against the law i understand, and i went on my way after the girl gave me some items already prepared, and this man never said another word except to tell someone to get up there and take the next order….i was the order at the time…seems he just did not want to deall with such a big problem about a little small bowl…….i did not want anything off his salad bar and if i had, i would have bought the salad bowl….i only wanted my items in one container but he was so rude to me and also rude to the young girl….she was only ttrying to accommadate the customer…….he could have gotten someone to stand by me if he thought i was going to steal something from the salad bar,,,,i was totally embarrassed by his so call chain of command….all he had to do was just saw no, we are not allowed to give out an extra cup, but i know they do, because i have seen them…..he was really in a bad mood at that time….never said a word to me to try to explain and offer an apology……i felt i was due one and also the girl at the register….i assummed he was the manager, cause i saw no one else acting like a jerk…..i love roast beef sandwiches and i especially love danver’s but if this is the way you are treated in this store i can go elsewhere…..i will not be treated like i was trying to get more than i paid for….he could have give me the tiny chilli bowl for all i careed….all i wanted was to put my few little items into a bowl together………i guess i could have taken the potato out of the container and wrapped it ina napkin and put my items in the container…just didn’t thin of that, cause i was just insulted…..thanks…..wanda j.
Jan. We LOVE Danver’s-we wish that you were not just in the Memphis area. We moved to Va around 8 years ago and of course there are no Danver’s here and Arby’s just does not compare!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!
Good Selections / Clean. Lots of variety on the breakfast menu. Fish, Roast Beef, and Turkey Burgers are available for lunch in addition to the ordinary fast food fair. The salad and potato bars are very clean. Home-made cookies and pies available for dessert.
