I LOVE this place! Best spring rolls, such great tom ka kai, super friendly staff. Cannot speak highly enough of this place. I’ve been here twice this week alone!

Staff to stupid to get the order right. It is not complicated nor were they busy. I will not be back. I do not understand how business expect people to come back when they offer poor service.

It was great surprise to find this restaurant in the middle of Bartlett. The food (green chicken curry) was spectacular and very well presented, The service was good and we didn’t have to wait a long time. I will go back.

First thai experience. Clean, quiet, friendly polite staff. Bit expensive and a wait but worth it. Had veggie spring rolls( fresh, light with a lovely dipping sauce) seafood and mushrooms with rice( #1 under Thai selections) veggies were a bit underdone for me but good flavor. The sauce is wonderful with the rice and mango and rice pudding for dessert. Plenty of food to split for two. Total with tip: 34 dollars

Certainly worth a visit!. Our first visit and we ordered way too much food but I wanted to try so many menu options. For appetizers we chose Golden Prawns. Large shrimp wrapped in rice paper, deep fried and served with a lemon dipping sauce. Loved the crispy exterior wrap and the tender shrimp inside. The dipping sauce was good but I would have preferred something a little more bold.Bangkok Stuffed Chicken wings. What a surprise! Wings deboned and stuffed with the wing meat, pork, rice, water chestnuts and more. I was expecting something along the size of your normal wing but these are more akin to a small football. They are a meat lovers delight and filled with savory flavor.Papaya Salad was delicious but should be served with lettuce leaves large enough to make a wrap. The lettuce was sliced too small to do this. My only complaint. I will make note of this my next visit.Yellow Curry with Chicken, a soup dish served with white rice. The broth was beyond delicious, the chicken and vegetables perfectly cooked. My dining companion had Pad Thai as her entre. She described it as very good and from the small sample I had I would agree. Our server was a bit timid but friendly enough and helpful in describing the menu.I will return to sample other menu items.

Can’t stop ordering the pho! I forced myself to order the drunken noodles the other day, and they were fantastic, too. Great curries, too. Friendly and attentive staff. Bartlett is fortunate to have this addition to its culinary lineup. One thing to note, and I hope they sort this out: I ordered takeout on a Friday night and it took them an hour to get my order out.

Me and my wife where out in Bartlett and where very hungry we live to try new places and saw basil Thai and decided to give it a try and boy where we pleased this place is better then any other place in Memphis for thai which isn’t a whole lot of places in Memphis since every one in this town is either to ghetto or to redneck to support fine thai food. Sorry about my rant but our favorite place closed down a while ago and we finally found a decent place. We tried the pad Thai which is good and the pho broth was also good and the veggi spring rolls are also very tasty. We are going tomorrow and I can’t wait to try something new.
