Lunch here this week at the Franklin Pike address. Limited parking and interior seating. Straight forward chicken and fish both Spicey and Non. Fish is fairly popular as well. I had the leg quarter (pictured) and medium spice. The majority of the chicken was moist with just a few spots that were drier on the outside. Nothing I couldnt eat but just not as moist. Medium spice had me sniffling a bit but not painful that made it truly uncomfortable. The sides of mac & Cheese and greens were average . Service was polite and direct. One draw back is no onsite restroom as had to go to restaurant next door.

I had a fried chicken mild breast quarter with greens macaroni and cheese and a catfish dinner and it was pretty good can’t say the chicken was as good as Prince’s Hot Chicken Shack but it was good and I will probably return
Bolton’s is a real crap shoot. Have come during business and they were closed. Doesn’t seem to matter what heat level you order. It’s the chef’s whim what you get. Food ended up tasting good but you take your chances.
The chicken was over cooked and dry. One item was left off the order, which caused a return trip. We will not be going back.
