Typical Americanized Mexican restaurant. Fast service. Majority of meals are numbered on the menu. Meals may look different but tend to taste very similar. Hard to differentiate this restaurant from other popular local Mexican restaurants.
Not Mexican it is some bland old people food
Completely underwhelming service, disappointing food. We ordered the Jim Nachos to split and were very disappointed – there was queso on the plate, topped with chicken and chips. No lettuce, tomatoes, or guac. Very bland and salty. Service very slow, line to pay the bill took 10 minutes.

Skip it. You feel rushed, the staff is rude and food is tolerable..
Frozen food aisle…. I love Mexican food, and will tolerate a wide range in quality, but Mazatlan’s food tasted like everything had been recently defrosted. The queso was greasy and too runny, the enchilada sauce was straight from a can, and the fajita meat was tough and lacked flavor. I would not recommend this restaurant.
