Great food and reasonable prices. The service is not that great. We ordered their awesome onion rings for our appetizer and never got plates for them. Our drinks were not refilled for almost 30 minutes!! By the time we did get refills, we were finished with our meal. Our waitress never asked how things were, and never seemed that happy to be there. I have had much better service during the week than on weekends. Willing to give it one more chance.
Good Food, Friendly Service. My family and I have eaten at Cheddars several times now and frankly I am surprised by the negative reviews here. Our waiters/waitresses have always been extremely pleasant and very helpful, the service has been fast, and our food has always been great. I am in love with their onion rings, but unfortunately they are only available as an appetizer and not as a side. That’s about the only negative thing I have to say.
Food is good but the service is awful- Every single time we go there. Even when you discuss the issue with a manager, it’s like they don’t care about quality service as long as they keep turning over tables. We only go there now if I REALLY want something they exclusively have (Monte Cristo)
My fiance and I went to cheddars back in the winter and we had a horrible experience the ambiance in the place was great but the food was horrible. I ordered the shepherds pie and it literally look like poop I could not believe they would send out something that smelled and looked like that so I sent it back and ordered something else which was a raw vegetable plate when my vegetable plate came out my vegetables were spoiled so after that I just got up went ahead and paid and just said I would never come back to this place ever again
BBQ ribs horribley dry.had to ask 4 times for ketchup. Wife’s southwestern chicken was much better.
Have to experience it. Since they have only been open for a couple weeks I think the slowness will get better, but the food is great and drinks are awesome! painkiller was delicious! and the other guy is crazy or maybe just eats at mcdonalds all the time because the prices are extremely cheap for the amount of food you get… will definitely be returning for more.
Could be better. Very slow. Food isn’t too bad, but way overpriced. Got annoyed when so many people asked it everything was ok. They need to back off of the customers.
