  False menu discription. I called to order the seafood dinner. I asked if the crab meat was fresh as they stated. They said it was imitation. I asked about the lobster meat and shrimp, he then said the crab meat was fresh. I did not order, not recommending.

  This is my family’s favorite for delivery. They are fast, courteous, and reasonable. I do not think we have ever be disappointed. I agree that here can be some communication problems, but they are always solved quickly. Love love their spring rolls, and general tso.

  General Tso’s Chicken + Eggrolls (Delivery). I like this place.When I first called, the person who answered the phone was difficult to understand. They handed me off, after a very brief but confusing hold, to someone else who was easy to understand, and who took my order. I arranged to pay cash. So, I can’t really speak to the process of paying over the phone by credit card.I ordered two Egg Rolls ($1.00 each) and the General Tso’s Chicken ($8.95, dinner portion, not lunch portion). I was quoted a price of $12.99 and was told it would be delivered soon. It was! It was delivered within 20 minutes by a friendly, polite tattooed gentleman.I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my bill! The price I had been charged was the same as what I had been quoted, and included the tax. Also, there was no charge for delivery (though I tipped the delivery man, separately).The actual food was good, and there was enough of it for at least two meals, really. The food wasn’t of spectacular quality, but it wasn’t bad. There was a little too much sauce on the chicken for my taste, and the broccoli was a little under cooked. Also, the cabbage in the egg rolls didn’t seem fresh, or something; there was a taste to them that was a little off. Even with those minor criticisms, though, I think this is probably the best General Tso’s chicken I’ve found in Clarksville, so far. Don’t get excited. All the others I’ve tried have been terrible.On a scale of one to five, I’d give this place a solid 3.5. I would eat here again. I would recommend this place to a friend. Over-all, I would like for this restaurant to do a better job of making their menu available online and making it easier to order (maybe through pre-printed order forms customers could fill-out and then email or fax). The food is fairly solid, though, and I think the service and the value for the money are high points for China Chef.Things I liked: Once there was a communication problem, I was quickly redirected to someone with whom it was easy to communicate; The price quoted on the phone was all-inclusive (including tax, etc.); The quality & quantity of the food; and Prompt, friendly delivery. Things I think could have been better: I would have liked to have been able to view an actual menu in .pdf from their website; and I would have liked to have been able to download an order form (editable .pdf) to use in some kind of order-by-email or order-by-fax ordering process; I would have liked to have been able to email or fax in my order, and receive an order receipt (or prompt verification by phone that my order was received).
