MUST GO. This is the best sushi place in Clarksville, TN by far. Excellent quality for great prices. You will not regret it.
Love this place!!!!. We have eaten at a multitude of places that are pretty good. This place however is the best we have had. We love the service, it’s always with a smile. You can’t beat the prices in the area. Plus they commonly have new specials that are to die for. Easily the best sushi place in town.
Just copied from my google + review. A great place for sushi and more. We actually found this place on accident while shopping in the area. A friend and I sat down at the bar and, luckily, met Tony(boss man) on our first visit. My best experiences, though a bit more expensive, have been when I have just asked him to surprise me (after several visits of ordering my selections, of course). And, I’d recommend asking lots of questions if you are sitting at the bar in earshot of the chefs. They seem to like the friendly conversation and sharing their knowledge, especially Tony(find his pic in the gallery on the web site). I’m no sushiologist but I have had sushi and sashimi in many large(r) cities in what looked like top-rate joints. Some experiences have been equal to and much more expensive but have not really eclipsed the taste experiences found here. It is not very often that my family travels to Clarksville without stopping here.
So many kinds of Sushi!!!. The sushi here is excellent. They have so many different kinds of rolls that I finally had to just tell them to choose which one they wanted to make. Great food and great service at a decent price, especially for what you get.
Best sushi found in clarksville. As previous reviewers have said, finding good sushi in clarksville is not an easy task. but, having been to 5 other places, this is by far the best and most affordable. one of the big bonuses, for the non-sushi lovers is the expert staff. my companion and I are fairly knowledgeable, but the table across from us were clueless. the staff were extremely patient, explaining the basics and giving recommendations based on preference. will be eating here again
Sushi in the south is like trying to find fine art at an elementary school, except for this place. Very good authentic sushi, would recommend to anyone.
Authentic (unfortunately). As soon as I stepped in, I was reminded of previous trips to Japan. This isn’t Benihana. It’s sashimi and tuna and yaki soba. Asahi and Suntori. The hot sake kept my cold at bay long enough to enjoy the chicken fried rice and enjoyed it (Chinese, I know, but I’m just not that much of fan of Japanese food). Everyone was happy with their orders. The tiny dining room stayed full on a weeknight. I won’t be going back, I feel like I should save a spot for the people that really appreciate Japanese cuisine.
