Amber person. Hey, weren’t you a part of the people whom made fun of that child with autism that was sitting on your table? I am pretty sure your boyfriend/husband made fun of a CHILD with special needs and he got the whole family upset including his older brothers (teens). Yeah, stick with Sakura where low class hangs out. I am glad to see you here. I didn’t want to hurt that poor child’s parents’ feelings by going off on you pathetic people that night.27 Mar, 2014Hmmm. Worst service ever. Decided to try Hananoki again after being disappointed a year or so ago by the price vs. quantity. That part was still the same this time in addition to horrible service and a don’t really give a crap about you because we don’t recognize you as a regular customer attitude. We never seen our waitress again after she took our drink order because she was constantly catering to a table of obvious regulars. The manager had to bring our food to the table and I had to take our drinks to the bar for a refill every time. I will never eat there again and unless your one of their regulars I suggest you go somewhere else.
The food was very yummy, I was able to try the lobster, shrimp, steak and chicken as it was a dinner party. The chef was entertaining although I did end up with a hot shrimp tail getting tossed into the top of my dress at the end of the dinner which was shocking! Overall the only thing that was really offputting was how lacking the waiter was. Thank goodness for a waitress who noticed our table or we wouldn’t have gotten any drinks throughout dinner. At one point someone just got up and went to the bar and ordered their own drink because the waiter was taking soooooo long.
Never again! We waited an hour for a table and were finally seated. We were quickly severed our soup and salad only to wait forty five minutes for the chef. The food was some of the worst I have had. It was sixty dollars wasted. We heard several complaints around us. Never again!
Pitiful. I went in for a sushi roll while doing some shopping the other day. It was pitiful. Made me wish I had driven to Kori’s. And when I say i know sushi..I have worked at a Sushi Restaurant for the past year. I will not be back. I would much rather have no sushi. My Conclusion…Go to Kori. (Eat at work for me.)
I have been a customer for 12 years and have always loved their food until recently . I took my boyfriend this past weekend for his birthday and the food was extremely salty and he had to stop eating . That wasn’t even the worst part the waitress was horrible and the manager was so rude … she was arguing with me over a coupon and started to put her hands in my face . 6 months ago we went with friends and as we walked in we gave the hostess our name because their was a wait and she never wrote our name down . After waiting over an hour at the bar the hostess ignored us when we asked her how much longer it would be then the bartender heard us and asked us if we wanted him to get the manager . Finally after almost 2 hours of waiting the manager comes over and is so rude to us that we leave because of her bad attitude. We didn’t ask for anything free and she continued to tell us that we didnt get seated because we didn’t give the hostess our name and it was our fault because that’s how you get a table. The time Before that my boyfriend told the chef that the chicken was rubbery and the chef said its cause they buy different chicken now and its the chickens fault for being over cooked . Who would have thought that chicken would get blamed for being over cooked …. Also, Make sure you duck when they do their tricks or you might get a salt shaker thrown at your head while your trying to eat your food -that’s what happened at my table to a young lady . It only hit her shoulder and she was fine the ambulance didn’t have to be called. If I decide to go back I hope the waitress is better and the manager loses her attitude problem.
