Bad experience! The restaurant looks great, but the wait was bad and the service was slow. The restaurant was also way too smoky. We’ve been to a lot of hibachi places and they are never as bad this place. We were coughing there was so much smoke and not just around your grill, in the waiting area and throughout the whole restaurant. The floor was also so greasy that I almost slipped, as did others, so it just wasn’t me. The food was just ok. Overall it was not a good experience especially for the prices.
Oh no he didnt. My roommate and I love going out for sushi. We live closer to sango than clarksville so we decided to try the one across from Walmart. The first time we went service was slow but the sushi and mixed drinks were too good to turn down. So went went back a few more times. Everytime whether there are a lot of people or not service is slower than it should be for the amount of food we order. And today I had a friend from out of town visit so we decided to give them another try. The waiter whose name I will tastefully not disclose was very rude the entire time. He slammed down our dishes was very disgruntled looking and glared at us several times from across the room. Trying to be polite we said thank you and please when he brought us out tea and food . My visiting friend was very uncomfortable and concerned that we had done something. It was just a horrible time everytime he came over to our table. We also had this waiter the time before and at the end of our meal he was very rude to my friend and we think its because he was expecting a large tip. I realize that some people make their living off of tips, but being rude to people because you don’t get what you want? Not acceptable. I came prepared to give him a large tip this time because last time we gave him a little less than the suggested tip the time before. But having him act almost hostile towards my table made me more than mad. So yes I did a bad thing I gave him a very poor tip. But for the service that he gave, he is lucky he got one at all. I will not be going back anytime soon. And when I do I refuse to have him as my server ever again.
Great restaurant. I would go back again and again minus the wait and the added gratuity, it’s a great place to go.

Really Bad. Took 30 minutes to place our order, another hour to actually get the order… Only to receive the food cold and overcooked, THEN, to get the check and already have a 15% tip factored in. Although the atmosphere is nice enough, not worth dealing with the rude staff, poor service, overcooked food and long waits… what else could be wrong with this place??? Not sure why this is getting good reviews here, we’ve been there 3 times, and while this was the worst experience to date, the other 2 weren’t that great either… 3 strikes their out, will never go back.
This is the second location in Clarksville, and it far exceeds the other location on Lowes Dr.
Wonderful food and atmospere!! The sushi is amazing we love the.dragon roll And the mai tais are always killer!!!!! You definitely get what you pay for!!
