The wait was interminable. The service was sub-par. The food was ok. It appeared that perhaps no manager was on duty. Half the restaurant was closed, despite a crowd and a long wait. There seemed to be enough servers but probably not enough kitchen staff. Orders came out seemingly at random. Some people seated ahead of us were just getting their food as we were leaving. This place needs better management badly.
I’ve only eaten here once. I had a stack of buttermilk pancakes which I just had a craving for that day. The place was packed with people. I was greeted with a friendly welcome, because it was just me I was seated right away. My piping hot stack of pancakes arrived in about 10 minutes. I had to force myself to eat the last two bites. Good fast food. I look forward to another visit.
Please hire someone that can actually cook!. On the weekends, I like to enjoy a good breakfast. A friend suggested we go to IHOP. I had a positive experience at the Madison St. location, so I thought that the Wilma Rudolph location should be equivalent in quality. I ordered the biscuits and gravy plate. My first impression was that there was lots of grease. When I began to eat them, I noticed that they were completely uncooked. They lacked all flavor, so I pushed that plate aside and decided to eat what was edible, the scrambled eggs and hash browns. I was there at 7:30am before the place could get busy. It only took my waitress about 15 minutes to come over to my table to ask me how I liked the food. However, she apologized for the raw tasteless biscuits and offered to bring me a short stack of pancakes. From what I understand, IHOP is known for their pancakes. Yet another unpleasant surprise. My pancakes were also uncooked in the middle and were unable to separate. Next time I will just go to the Madison St. location or stay home.
This is the worst ihop I have ever eaten at
Had the first bad meal there in over three yearsWas there for dinner yesterday and one of the items I had was eggs over medium Eggs came out with the whites completely uncooked . Told waitress and all she did was apologize . No discount for eggs ate allThe cook could not be seen but I could hear him talking in a VERY loud voice in the kitchen and talking about how good Hussain Obamay isBad food is one thing but crude behavior is inexcusable They will be off my list for at least a year
Great food, served fast and very tasty. Service is also great, everyone there is as happy as can be:).
