Love the smell in this place. The rib steak sandwich is to die for (dont forget the creamy horseradish) yummo!!!! Hand cut fries are some times greasy but usually pretty good.
Sunday Lunch and football.. I am sucker for the soup and chicken salad. These are my favorite menu items. I enjoy the patio seating or in the Pit in front of the TV wall during football season. My service has always been good and with a smile.
So So. The food was moderately priced, but kinda had a Cheddar’s feel. Wasn’t a big fan, but it was alright. Not a place I’d beg to go back to, but would eat there again.
The best steak in clarksville!
Not that great.. While I was initially impressed with Rafferty’s atmosphere the food and service weren’t so great. We started with salads, which were the highlight of the meal. The Thousand Island Dressing tasted homemade and the vegetables were crisp and had a good color. When our food came out, which took quite a while, the Cowboy steak was overcooked, unevenly cooked, and poorly seasoned. The flavor of the ribs was nothing impressive, and the the baked potato was slightly undercooked. However, the porch had a good atmosphere, especially for being so close to Wilma Rudolph BLVD.
The tv’s might be the only good thing about an otherwise average dining experience.. I’ve been to this rafferty’s twice. Both times underwhelmed me with their food selection and portion size, not to mention taste. I once got the ribs which were very tiny and unflavorful. My wife also complained that her food was too bland as well. The tv’s were enjoyable to watch the one Sunday we went in because football was on, but otherwise, I could’ve gone to a buffalo wild wings for better food and more tv’s.
Good place. I ate here for the first time tonight, with a group of 8. Everyone enjoyed their meals, well prepared, good and friendly service. I’ll certainly go back again.
