Well we started off with one server and ended up with a different one. We had 6 in our party and all but one’ s meat was frozen before cooked. I believe nothing was homemade. This is not home cooking. I know the description of the restaurant does not lend itself to home cooking but if your gonna serve that type of food at least make something homemade.
Just eat here!. I was a little leery about this place at first, but the food was amazinggggg! I ordered breakfast and it was delicious. I felt like I was home eating my grandmomma’s cooking. The service was great and very fast. I recommend this place to everyone!
If you’re looking for great American fixins, this is the place for you. It puts you back in Momma’s kitchen. Locally owned, using locally grown food. Plus, the prices are great! Breakfast all day.
Amazing as always. I’ve been going to Rudy’s for ages. When I was little my mother used to bring me here and I had such fond memories of it and the food. I’d always get their mashed potatoes and it was one of my favorite things to eat ever. I hadn’t been in quite a while and just recently started coming back a few months back and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The food is some of the best you can get in town and the prices are unbeatable, especially for the quality of food and service. I’ve never had a bad meal here. And even though I hadn’t been here in quite a while after the first time I came back my waitress recognized me and my boyfriend who came with me. It’s nice going somewhere and always seeing a familiar face and having them remember you. I look forward to having the same waitress every time I come and always get the same friendly service and amazing food. Even though it’s easy to miss when driving by, it’s well worth going out of your way for and I can’t recommend it enough.
Can’t Go Wrong!. This is such a great place to eat. Its small on the inside and the exterior shows its age but dont let that fool you. The food is fantastic. Ive eaten here for over 2 years now, I have yet to come across anything that wasn’t delicious. The staff is Very friendly and takes the time to get to know you. The cook even made us a special dessert for my husband and I’s anniversary. Asked what our favorite was and the next time we were there, it was waiting for us. Extremely thoughtful. My husband and I have 4 kids and taking them out to eat can cost about the same as our water bill. For our family of 6 to eat, its about $25.00. The portions are great and all of us leave full and extremely happy. Their meat and 3 choices are wonderful and the breakfast menu is full of amazing choices. There is a comparable southern cooking restaurant in the area but Rudy’s costs less and the service is much better. It can get busy on weekends at lunch time but it is well worth the quick wait. You simply can’t go wrong with this quaint diner!
I pick up my lunch from Rudys at least twice a month. I always get the patty melt on rye. My favorite lunch!
Rudy’s Diner is one of the best diners in Clarksville. They open very early in the morning and serve food well into the night. They have very good breakfast and serve it all day. I usually order the country fried steak or the corned beef hash omlette. If you have not tried Rudy’s before then you are really missing out.
