I have been to Smokin’ Chicken numerous times for lunch. This was my first visit for dinner at 7:30 in the evening on a Friday night. They did not appear to be particularly busy. Before we even stepped up to order we were informed that the restaurant was out of white meat chicken. How is this possible!?! A chicken restaurant that is out of chicken! Ridiculous! What I wanted to order, the bbq chicken pita, claims to have jalapeos on it on the electronic menu board and I have had it numerous times before and it always had jalapeos on it in the past. Apparently it no longer has jalapeos. They didn’t however change the menu board which is electronic not fixed. I asked if they had jalapeos that they could add, no we don’t have jalapeos at all anymore was the response. Got past that. We went over to get our drinks there wasn’t any sweet tea and apparently there’s a law somewhere that you can’t make more sweet tea after 7:30! Some people (me) don’t drink soda and look forward to sweet tea. My fiance’s daughter had chicken strips and fries from the kid’s menu. She asked for a ranch they gave her a tiny cup like a 1/4 serving of ranch. She asked for 2 more and they wanted $1.10 for them, literally a tsp of ranch dressing. I had nothing but good things to say about Smokin’ Chicken prior to this experience but now I will not be back!

This place is great! A very unique concept to Clean eating at a reasonable price! The portions are large and the staff and owner are always nice and attentive. I’m a native of Clarksville and was super excited to see something like this restaurant open, it brings the dining here to a new level!
Very fresh, very high quality food with healthy options for a reasonable price. Highly reccomend, I just wish it was closer to central Clarksville so I could eat there more often!The picture is of 1/4 dark Carribbean BBQ, with hummus pita, and tabouli salad. The chicken was very good, the hummus was amazing and the tabouli salad was freshly made.
Hands down best chicken in town!! This is the best chicken I’ve eaten in Clarksville and possibly in TN. A great international twist on rotisserie chicken and awesome fresh made veggies as sides. Outstanding customer service and the place has a great decor. Price point is extremely good for what you get. It’s not a chain restaurant and looks like a well thought out creation. Definitely stop in here especially if you’re going to the movies!
Everything tastes the same !!. We live pretty closec, so we went there to order take out …. We order 3 different kind of chicken … They all tasted the sane !! The chimichurri ( and I’m from Argentina , home of the chimichurri ) is whatever ekse that taste kind of curry , but certainly NOT real chimichurri … It was once and never again for us !!!
Love. Absolutely love this place. The food was fresh and served quickly. Everyone should try it.
