Service could be better. I like the food enough that I continue to go back even though something is always wrong with the order. I’ve noticed the ticket is usually right, but the food doesn’t match the ticket. Order taker/cashier should be checking to make sure is how ordered before handing out. They ALWAYS forget the caramel sauce, and it is requested every time. Haven’t given the lime with the new Fiesta burrito the last few times. Sweet tea always tastes old in the p.m., should brew a new batch. And sometimes is way too sweet. Cashier is usually friendly but service still too slow for fast food. They need some advice from Austin, TX locations.
