This Starbucks was terrible! Service was not just poor but unfriendly and rude. The gentleman behind the counter taking my order treated me as if I had something contagious. I ordered 2 Venti lattes each with an extra shot and asked to also reload my Starbucks card with an additional $30. He slid my two cards back to me frowning and asked which card would I like reloaded? Seriously? This store needs customer service training!
Slowest Starbucks drive through I have ever been to. This is the second and last time I will use this SB drive through. They should be ashamed to call themselves a Starbucks. I don’t typically write bad reviews but unless you have 30min to spend at this drive through, go somewhere else.
Pretty good. This is my Starbucks of choice because of it’s proximity to my house. I usually get very friendly and fast service here, but there have been about 3 times I’ve had the wrong drink or problems with my Starbucks card here. It’s always one specific barista though.
Pretty good all around. This location is the better of the two Clarksville locations. The place is generally clean, the baristas are friendly and they remember what you like.
