Holy guacamole ! How did I miss this place! You gotta check it out! Great food, wonderful atmosphere and very nice people! I got south of the border breakfast burrito with habanero salsa! And they have white hot chocolate with almond and cherry …which I will come back for!
We ate lunch here today. I didn’t really know what to expect but it was a good place to go for a light lunch. All of the ingredients seemed to be fresh. A lot of the dishes were out of the norm. We enjoy that kinda stuff. Lots of bakery type desserts too.
After waiting over 45 minutes on two separate occasions for lunch service and having to find our server Jo Beth each time after she seemingly vanished after taking our initial order, I can say don’t patronize this establishment. I might have considered trying one last time if someone from the management had replied to my complaint that I lodged on their site but after two plus weeks and no reply I can say that we are done with this poor excuse for a restaurant. Although the food is okay, it’s not worth the terrible customer service.

Good food and wait time. Every experience is different but, overall, my family has been extremely satisfied with the food, service, and cleanliness of The Looking Glass restaurant in Clarksville, TN. We have been here for special events such as Valentine’s and a wedding and also to grab a quick bite to eat or a coffe and dessert. This is one of the few places in Clarksville you can go to get away from the typical chain restaurant and enjoy a good meal in a great atmosphere. We have always been treated nice and received great service.
Never, ever again!. Our school staff had our Christmas lunch at this restaurant today. We waited one and one half hours for our food. We were told we should have pre-ordered our lunches since we were a large group of 13. When I made the reservation I was never told about pre-ordering lunches. While we were comped 10% of our bill, we were also told we should have expected a wait that long. The manager actually told me that was the normal wait time! There was an apology about our wait time, but it was also noted that it was our fault for not pre-ordering! We will never eat there again and I will tell anyone I know about our experience. The food was poor to mediocre. We were not the only people in the restaurant to wait that long. Another of their excuses was the had a party of 50 in their private dining room. Not my problem! If they couldn’t have accommodated us, they never should have made the reservation. I have never waited so long for my food. Several of our party had to leave before their lunches arrived. The last lunch to be brought to our table was actually a simple salad which required no cooking! Completely unacceptable!
