Bad service and watered down drinks, will never return!
Ambiance is great. Beer is ice cold. Food has not been good.
Worst Service. I have been here one and refuse to go back. The waitstaff might be somewhat attractive but they are dumb as rocks. They were slow and brought us out the same set of appetizers THREE times. Hurray for us…but come on…
Buffalo wild wings not even in the same ball park with Tilted KIlt. Pubgoer I hate that you had a bad experience but to even compare Tilted Kilt and buffalo wild wings means you don’t know much about food. buffalo wild wings food sucks and to me if I am going to a restaurant I want good food along with good service and Tilted Kilt has some of the best bar food I have ever eaten. Now I am sure on busy days every place can have bad experiences but I have been there 10 or so times and 90% of my food has been awesome the drink prices are a bit high but you can’t have everything. I would tell everyone to check it. I mean the girls are very sexy too but that is a side note. I have eaten at buffalo wild wings several times and had to go throw up after that so called dog food they served me.
We took 2 families here and we ordered burgers, fish and chips and chicken tenders. Everything was very good and the burgers were the best I’ve ever eaten.
Don’t let the gimmicky man pub thing deter you… just GO!. Let me start by saying, I did not originally want to try the Tilted Kilt… no interest at all. I tend to avoid corporate thematic places like this. Anyway, I went with a group and had VERY low expectations. In the end I was shocked at how much I really enjoyed the meal!Say what you want about the scantily clad waitresses that flirt with you and, when necessary, take your order and address other waitressing duties. I don’t really care about that at all… I frequent the Tilted Kilt for excellent quality pub food. Service: Flirts aside, I’ve had exceptional service and not so exceptional service at this place. Food and drinks typically come out promptly. My only annoyance here would be that any additional request, such as a side of ranch dressing, has often been forgotten. A simple reminder always corrects the situation quickly, but it’d be nice if it wasn’t necessary.The food: LOVE the burgers! They are obviously fresh and have been generally cooked to my liking. Sides like any of the fries, the coleslaw, and the salads have all been fantastic, too. Even rueben style sandwich was delicious. Everything we’ve tried has exceeded our expectations. BOTTOM LINE: The menu isn’t anything special, BUT the offerings ARE high-quality representations of your standard and some not so standard pub food. Again, don’t let the gimmicky man pub thing keep you from the Kilt… just go for the good food and decent selection of brews.
Poor service, average food. This was my 3rd time at this Tilted Kilt. The first 2 times, service and food were both very good, however this last visit was the worst service we ever had. We had a reservation for 14 people this past Friday for a going away party and we had an initial server who was great. After the shift change at about 4pm, we had to ask our second server repeatedly for appetizer plates and drinks ran dry many times. While we waited on our waitress to serve us, there were 6 waitresses at the hostess stand doing nothing. When we wanted to close out our ticket, our server gave us one large bill, even though we had asked for separate checks. She then had to sit down and ask everyone what they ordered in order to separate each check. VERY DISAPPOINTING….We won’t be going back. For our office gatherings, we will go to Buffalo Wild Wings as we did before. We are always treated great there. The Tilted Kilt in Clearwater where I am from and have visited many times is great….This is an embarrassment to the franchise….I can only blame management for these problems.
