Manna From Heaven. I was very pleased with this little nook in West Nashville. Being from the area, it is nice to see local folks doing business and bringing culinary delights to the area. El Mana specializes in a la carte goodness from Central America. The staff is one lady that cooks up Mexican and Honduran food from scratch. I highly recommend this spot off Morrow Road and will always support local spots as this one.
