Veggie burger. Loved it.
Food was good but took 15 minutes to get it. What was off-putting was watching and listening to the manager (woman in red polo) berating employees in front of customers. She did this 3 times in 15 minutes to 1 employee who was clearly doing his job and didn’t deserve the abuse. The owner should fire this manager. If I come in to eat there again and see this manager working I will leave and eat elsewhere.
This location is HORRIBLE. I love BYB, but this location is extremely slow, unfriendly, the food is never very good (especially compared to other locations). The owner needs to fire the management because it has been bad or a while, and get new employees or at least train them properly and teach them the importance of customer service! The worst.
Dry burger :/ however- the fries are delicious! I’ve also heard their turkey burgers with Swiss are tasty so I’ll give it another try someday.
1st Class Fast Food. I like this location over the one on Poplar. There’s less traffic congestion plus the store itself is much newer and cleaner. Great service, top-notch fast food, and even cobbler with ice cream to boot. Awesome!
