I am so glad we now have a Moes in Germantown/Collierville. The restaurant is colorful, clean and has a few tv’s hanging from the ceiling. The servers are cheerful and very fast getting through the line. It’s a little noisy but it’s a very family friendly fast food Mexican so noise is expected. The prices are reasonable. I like the hard shell tacos. The chicken is tangy and flavorful. The ground beef can be a little greasy. TheTortilla chips are salty and the cheese dip is what you would expect. The Salsa bar is fun to explore. The burritos are huge.

Competition. Good, clean mega-burrito-made-to-order type of place. Food is generally good and I always seem to have the attention of the folks behind the counter. Even without the bar, Booya’s would still have a leg up on Moe’s. Try both and decide for yourself.
Friendly staff greet you at the door. Nice tex mex selection. Fun coke machine and ice tea selection. I had a chicken burrito it was good I would go back.
Good addition to Collierville. I had heard that Moe’s had recently opened in Collierville. Tonight we needed a quick dinner and Moe’s filled the bill. The menu is a little vague for me, but I settled on a vegetarian taco. The spouse got a chicken burrito. Both came with complimentary chips and salsa. The food preparation was a little backed up due to chicken still being grilled, but we got through the prep area and we were impressed by all of the add ons. I asked when they were expecting beer service, but the check out girl did not know. We did like the coke flavors machine. I’m sure that’s a hit with kids. There is also a nice salsa bar. We both liked our selections. It is a nice option to have close by, but it cannot compete with Booya’s full bar and atmosphere.
