To the manager in collierville:You need to tell your employees that at 5:30 they need to have the chicken ready! People get off work at 5:00! It makes me so mad to get there and they say , it will be ten minutes till it is ready! This happens every time I go there! This is poor management and less money the company makes! And fast food wants $15 an hour. Educate your workers or go out of bussiness as most poorly run restaurants do
