Really Good. We ate at Pancho’s because it was rated good but I was not really that hungry. I ordered the grilled chicken quesadilla and my wife ordered the grilled chicken chipotle nacho’s. We were supposed to share….. and that was my wife’s idea. We also ordered the Perfecta margarita. They came back and told us they didn’t have any oranges but if we didn’t mind waiting about 5 minutes they would get some (there was a Kroger’s near by). The margarita was really good. My wife’s nacho’s so good she did not want to share. They were REALLY good. My quesadilla was good but plain. I guy that waited on us was very friendly. I am just sorry that we don’t live in the area so we could go back and try more of their fair. Very recommended.

Great Food!. Being stranded in TN after the April Tornado Episode, we were looking for new places to indulge in good food. The hotel clerk at Holiday Inn Express recommended Pancho’s. The food was phenomenal. Giant frosted mugs of sweet tea, chunky salsa with just the right kick, unique dishes and portions meant for sharing. Definitely a place to go!
I love it. This is the Best mexican cuisine I have found in TN, I was raised in TX and we would go across the border to visit my sister-inlaws family and I remember what they cooked and this is as close as I have found in years..

Chimichanga de pollo es muy bien!. I have eaten here over 100 times, and I cannot recall a bad experience. Sometimes the waitress is slow on beer refills, but slow here is fast in most places.Best Mexican food I have ever had, the salsa is amazing and it is very hometown Mexico-City Mexican food.
