FAST service on To Go. I have been to this restaurant many, many times and gotten to go orders that I consider large orders and have never waited long. I have gotten as many as 4 or 5 quart size entrees, a couple of appetizers and also soup and it is always fresh and hot. I use them for parties as I really can’t cook and my family and friends all love the food. I usually have leftovers even when I feed a crowd! The lo-mein with roast pork is outstanding! Highly recommended place to get to go. I have never had the buffet so I will not comment on it.
Not a big fan. Taste of China is not a bad restaurant. However, it is not a location that I will frequent. I have tried several of the meals and they provide plenty of food for your money. But I have found the quality of their chicken and beef to be rather low grade. More importantly, I believe their food is on the bland side.Overall, I consider Taste of China to be passable but I do cannot recommend this restaurant.
Pretty Good. Their lunch takeout is at a good price, about $5 with your entree, fried rice, and your choice of soup. They have a buffet but it is small at about the same price as Panda Garden. If you’re looking for a buffet, I’d stick to Panda Garden. But if you want delicious take-out with leftovers, A Taste of China is a great option. They also have a 10% senior and TN Tech student discount. Downside? They’re now closed Sundays.
Best takeout. The lunch takeout is wonderful most under $5 with soup. The buffet is ok but not as good as Panda or King in town. At the same price.
