Great food, great place!. I just went in a few days ago for lunch with a friend and we loved every second of our visit. It’s a great night time or day time spot! The drinks are well made as is the food! You definitely get your money’s worth. I have chosen it as my new favorite lunch spot!
We have been in Cookeville many times, passed by Hooligan’s and always wanted to stop in, and today we did. Looked nice inside and we sat down. However, the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong we had to leave because of my wife’s respiratory problems. Get rid of the smoke and we might come back.
