I would give this place less than one star if I could. We asked for a roll to have the tuna left off the top because I am pregnant and couldn’t have the raw fish. The waitress was incredibly rude and told us they can’t make any acceptions to the menu. We asked to speak to the manager whom also happened to be the chef and the waitress informed us he doesn’t speak to customers and he only has her do it because he is making sushi. There was one other family in the entire restaurant. Avoid this resturant if you want to be treated like a decent human being. Never in my life have I experienced customer service this poor.
Bad Service. I just left Taiko hungry I met a friend, we ordered, she received her soup I was told it would be about 15 minutes before my sushi roll would be served I asked that my salad be served and was told it would be 15 minutes I then asked to just have soup instead of sushi and was told that my order would go behind exiting order even though I had been waiting about 30 minutes already My friend offered half of her soup to me and we requested another bowl The bowl showed up in about 5 minutes. The chicken in the soup had a strange flavor………needless to say ……..Bad Experience. I will never dine there again
