Horrible Experience. Horrible experience, pizza was soggy and cold when I received it, took 2 hours until I actually received my order as well. Absolutely no communication on my order, even after calling twice. Once I finally received the pizza I called to get my money back, which was communicated that I would not be charged, soon to find out that I was charged the very next day. I highly recommend never ordering from here, service was horrible and they were extremely rude. I won’t be ordering from here again and either should you.
We consistently have a positive experience with this place. We love the convenience of the on-line &/or mobile ordering with the option of paying online. The food is always delivered or available to pick up when they promise and exactly as ordered. So many places will not take the time to make sure order is correct and they always do. The food is good for a quick bite. Our favorite is the Baked Spaghetti & Meatballs which is amazing – even has the Capelli d’angelo. The staff is always professional. Would recommend for something fast and good. Cibo Molto Buono!
Good Food Bad Service. My job recently moved me back in an area where Bellagios delivers. I ordered food for three including myself. After ordering two wedgies and a stromboli, we waited over an hour for our lunches. The when we got them, one of the wedgies was a hoagie. I called and the young lady on the other end was very kind and said they’d send the wedgie right away. A few minutes later I got a call from the cook to argue about what he fixed and what I received. Needless to say, the entire office heard what was going on and several people had negative things to say about getting food delivered from this location. She ordered a club wedgie with no lettuce and not tomato. The attached picture is a hoagie and the cook wanted to argue about what I was looking at.
Yum!. Love the pastas and the fact that they deliver! So helpful when you can’t get away from work and are tired of the same old stuff!
Good lunch combo. My lunch buddy and I had a good lunch today at Bellagio, just off West End near Centennial Park. I had the Hoagie Combo meal, with a Club Combo, chips and bottled drink for $6.00 including tax. The sandwich was very tasty. My friend ordered a stromboli and it was huge, filled with tomatoes, sausage, peppers and mushrooms.Service was friendly but a little slow. There are a few tables inside as well as a few outside.
