Do NOT go here. Because the lines are always too long and I do not need your butt making them any longer. Oh sure they have the best in-house roasted beans for three states up&down. And it IS fairy-trade coffee (whatever that is). but I am a STOCKHOLDER (at least I guess I am since I know they went public according to the Nashville Banner, and I bought shares from the bearded gentleman in the trenchcoat who lives in their dumpster). BOB Bernstein where are my share certificates?!?!

Super Hip. Best Coffee shop in the Belmont area. I like it better than Frothy Monkey. Excellent breakfast all day long. Try the basic breakfast or the oatmeal. This place can get really crowded, though. Don’t go at 10AM because that’s the college rush hour. Also, if you go to Belmont and care about your reputation, don’t tell anyone if you haven’t been there. 😉

2 McBongos and a large Mocha. And where else can you get a fresh lime paleta at 8 am? This neighborhood gem is favorite stop of mommies dropping kids off at the Nashville Chess Center down the street as well as the International Masters that teach there. The baristas are really into their clientele and often remember your standard order. Some are really talented at latte art. They also have sinful cookie bars and cool t-shirts. The porch comes equipped with it’s own cat.

Welcoming neighborhood coffeeshop. Tasty coffee and a variety of food options. Nice place to sit and watch the world go by.

Indie Love. This is where all the cool kids hang out. The free trade coffee is delicious and organic. The baristas all have great personalities, and the atmosphere is ideal for young people. This is the perfect coffee spot for college students.
