Horrible service and worse cleanliness. No way!!!
Works When I’m Not In A Hurry. As some reviewers have observed, the layout, ordering and payment processes are confusing at first. My sense (after two leisurely visits) is that a regular patron will likely figure out the best way to handle the experience. If you are on a short lunch and this is your first time, I wouldn’t recommend it. However, being retired as I am and using it as a place for meeting friends, I found it to be a pleasant experience with satisfying food.
Slow, apathetic service.. Evidently understaffed… Took 15 min to get cup of chai.. Try the Starbucks two doors down ..
We waited 30 mins for our farmhouse omelette and the ham in it was spoiled. I told one of the workers and she acted shocked but never went to tell anyone. Avoid this location.
Breakfast at Bread & Company. We had breakfast there this morning..and well maybe they do lunch better!! My husband had a sandwich and I had omelet…with milk and iced tea $21…how do the college kids afford this??? The interior was nice!! Very nice open and clean feel about it. Reminded me of a restaurant we frequent in San Juan, Puerto Rico…but maybe the lunch food is better. We will try again during lunch time hours.
First time…not a fan. Is the process to go to the counter? Can’t figure out the flow mostly just ignored. Award winning chic salad was dry and had no flavor. Potato salad was grocery store quality?. They were out of fruit tea, tomatoes, and the steamer was broken all at once. Won’t be back
I am done with this joint ! Can not deal with their crazy frenetic ordering process. Go to sandwich counter and wait to get to a pad and then complete your sandwich order. They want you to wait for them to complete order then go with sandwich and wait in checkout line while every sneezy pete walks by and tries to glen on your lunch. After having this happen last week I refused to abide by their ridiculous, inane system the management of this chain sucks!15 Nov, 2010Great spot for a fresh sandwich, soup or salad. Ordering / paying is a little crazy but love the 1/2 sandwich option.
