I find myself eating here nearly once a week. I love their pollo loco. It’s extra spicy! The service is great and the food is great. I love having great food so close to home.
Cancun, you just lost a longtime customer. I’ve been eating at Cancun for years and I must say their food is great. Their Achilles heel is they have extremely poor customer service. In fact, my wife and I hadn’t been to Cancun in over a year and we decided to go again last night, hoping things had improved. Nope! Rude waiter who treated us poorly. He, like other waiters there, acted like we were an inconvenience to him, As much as I hate to say it, it’s my favorite mexican food in Nashville but they have lost a customer for life. We will never go back.

Nice Mexican cantina atmosphere with the music and decor. Food did the job, and was very reasonably priced but it was kind of boring. Some extra spices, peppers, lime, etc would go a long way. Spice it up!
