Great Food, Abysmal Service. It really is a shame that the staff is so oblivious, because the food is delicious. I love the carnitas stuffed plantain, the pork belly tacos, the pollo gringo, the chago roll, and the queso. I almost never come here anymore though, because the service is so bad. The staff is almost invariably unprofessional, unfriendly, and slow. It seems like they’re annoyed by the customers’ presence. I’m usually not able to get a refill on whatever I’m drinking. If you order any sort of dip, be sure to ask for extra chips as you order it. Otherwise, you made end up sitting there idly as your dip gets cold/your entrees arrive while the staff takes ten minutes (when they aren’t even busy) to bring you chips. I’ve waited more than 20 minutes for the check on more than one occasion.
