    Food was pretty bad. All of our food was soggy and bland. The fried rice is terrible. How can you mess up fried rice? I would not recommend this place to anyone, nor will I order from here again.

    The female manager is the biggest jerk you’ll ever deal with as a customer. I cannot describe how rude she is. The driver was profusely apologizing for the way she treats customers. Stay away. This place deserves to go out of business. Oh yeah, my food sucked too.

    Terrible service. In house dining. Terrible service twice. Will never go back now. Counter girl very rude and rushed the first time because t hey had a large order per phone. Second time we waited 20 min while they kept preparing all the orders from take outs. Then another couple came in after us ordered and waited. They received their order for take out and left.So Finally we received one order brought to our table and she went back to the kitchen. We waited and waited finally she returned and told me there were no eggs for my egg foo young after waiting forever. We split the one dish. I had to ask her for a refund for mine that I never received. I have always liked the food ok but will never go back after the treatment we received. Been eating there for years and very loyal customers. Disappointed.

    Fantasma!. I’ve ordered from here before.. I seem to like thing that aren’t directly on the menu (Or at least can’t find on the menu) You can practically get anything you ask for. I didn’t see chicken-on-a-stick, but they got it for me! It had such a pleasant taste of Cinnamon and was absolutely fantastic! Their Sweet-and-sour soup is to DIE for. It just needs a bit more Tofu and less chicken in my opinion. Their Singapore Mei Fun is the best I’ve had in a long while, but steer clear of the Sweet and Sour Chicken.. Not to nummifull. The Sauce is a bit thin, and has a funny overly sour taste. Otherwise, BEST place for ordering in. Just remember; They say 45min, But it normally takes around an hour. The Staff is fantastic, the delivery man I always get is a sweetie, so I am just fine with a little extra wait time for such gorgeous noms! .. lol, end rant.

    Service is Terrible. I placed an order for delivery on a Wednesday night around 5:20. The expected delivery was 45 mins. It was delivered at 6:30, not a big deal. The food was still hot, but I did not receive the correct order. I had ordered shrimp lo mein and chicken and mushrooms. I received chicken lo mein and chicken and broccoli. I called China Moon back to request an exchange. After I explained the situation and let them know I’d be happy to give the uneaten food back, they placed me on hold. I was on hold for 5 mins, taken off hold, then the call ended. I called back and let them know I was the person waiting on hold. The lady I was previously speaking with told me I had ordered the broccoli chicken and chicken lo mein. I told them that I did not order that and I have not ate any of the food and I would appreciate if they exchanged the food and I would even pay for the difference if I wasn’t charged. The woman then passed me off to a different lady and I had to explain what the issue was again. She proceeded to tell me that I had to have ordered what I received because the two meals are completely different. I agreed that yes they are two completely different meals, but I did order the shrip and mushroom and was willing to pay the difference if I wasn’t charged for it. They then agreed to exchange the food but asked if I would bring the food back to them. I told them that the entire reason I wanted delivery was because I did not want to leave the house. The woman eventually agreed to deliver my corrected order. After waiting over an hour they showed back up at 8:00pm. The bag was completely drenched in sauce along with everything inside. Needless to say I am never ever ever ever going to give them another penny.
