Dr. Jenkins from Fisk University. I love Chipotle! Yesterday, I had an e-coupon, but there was an issue with the coupon’s printout. The manager gave me my meal anyway. Today, I called Chipotle to give the correction regarding the e-coupon (I was going to fax the new coupon). The manager, Derrick, said don’t worry about it, and be sure to use the coupon on your next visit….I am big on customer service and this was a nice gesture–no hassle….I love the food and I love good customer service!
