We’ve been to a couple of the outposts of this popular Nashville chain of TX-Mex restaurants. We like this location the best. Food here seems better than the others we’ve tried and our service has always been very good. Their complimentary chips and salsa are OK, but if you get an order of the spicy tomatillo salsa, it’s a step up. Fajitas are pretty good, about par for the course with lots of similar places. Always fresh and properly prepared with the usual fixings. The California burrito is something we’ve been having regularly on our visits. It’s nice and fresh, not covered with tasteless cheese goo and quite filling. Herself also likes the chicken enchiladas with the tomatillo sauce. Nice deep flavor in the chicken and the sauce gives it a tang to cut through the richness. Several Mexican beers are on tap, and you can get the usual Margaritas, etc. from their full bar. Dining areas are dark wood, clean and comfortable. All in all, a fine choice for TX-Mex.

After telling the bartender all I wanted, (just chicken and shrimp with cheese and nachos) he suggested adding veggies to the plate. I liked it better the way he suggested! The bartender was very attentive and patient with all of the people who were at the bar. I was happy with everything about my visit and I will definitely go back again!
