Our favorite!!. Great prices, casual atmosphere and great food. We have never been disappointed and go every time we are in the area. Fried ravioli appetizer, pepperoni and meatball pizzas, meatball sub, salads, dessert…it’s all great! Wish we lived closer to go more often.
Yummy Gelato. While driving through Nashville we noticed the sign for Coco’s Italian Market so decided to stop in. Upon entering we noticed all the imported Italian foods and fresh meats and cheeses in the cold case but our eye couldn’t overlook the gelato. After sampling a few different flavors we decided to get two scoops of cannoli gelato and a shot of espresso. The gelato and espresso was a perfect snack and we went on with our day with an extra bounce in our step!
Pizza is good. Pastas? Meh. Ive tried them all and they are bland and obviously not homeade. It is cheap though. Sandwhiches are decent but stick to pizza qnd avoid all pasta
Gone downhill. Sorry but I have been coming to this place since before it was Coco’s and the quality of the food has gone downhill in recent years. The baked ziti used to be flavorful with smokey pancetta, a rich tomato sauce and baked to golden perfection. The last time I ate there it was a weak sauce stirred with ricotta into some ziti noodles topped with a disgusting blob of half melted cheese. No pancetta and no golden perfection whatsoever. The Tuscan used to have plentiful sauce with just the right amount of cheese and the eggs perfectly poached so they were slightly runny when you cut into them. Last time it was basically hard cooked eggs with little sauce and too much cheese. The only redeeming feature left (other than maybe the sandwiches) is the thin crust pizza. Service is always slow and they always have an excuse which I normally don’t mind because they are always friendly and I always felt welcome. I hope the food improves as the market and the place as a whole is cute and comfortable however I won’t be coming back.
We had an amazing lunch!! Both of us got pizza and it was some of the best we ever had. The gelato for dessert was fantastic too! Great service, we’ll definitely come back and recommend to all out friends!
This place looks so promising. It’s got an old New Jersey type charm, Complete with bocce ball and a lot outdoor seating. They have Nice servers Who try hard. Sadly, just comes up short. It tastes cheap and lacks sophistication. I’ve tried this place three times. I want it to be so much better than it is.
Great food and great service! Our waiter (Brandon) was amazing! We can’t wait to go back and try other items on the menu! The chocolate eruption dessert was out of this world!
