Don’t go here expecting great service. You go to drink, eat great bar food or watch a game. There’s only one waitress I’ve had here that was actually nice and pleasant, other than that the other girls just seem like they’re way more focused on the people that always come and drink and spend money. They’ll stop and hang out with them while you sit at your table begging for refill. Great food, sucky service.

Pub does not match up to the expensive neighborhood. Two friends of mine and myself stopped in to the Corner Pub while my wife and her friend shopped at the Green Hills mall the other day. Although we only got drinks, I was somewhat disappointed at their beer selection. If this was a place in Ohio, I wouldn’t have batted another eyelash about their selection, but this is a ritzy part of Nashville we were in! Their bottled and draft beer was pathetic and so was their liquor selection (for instance they did not carry Bombay Sapphire Gin which is an industry standard premium liquor). Just for reference, I am a dark beer drinker and the only selection of dark beer they had was Guiness. The waitress told me Newcastle (that’s not a dark beer) and Sierra Nevada as other dark beer selections, so i went with a Sierra Nevada. When she brought it to me, I noticed it was a Pale Ale. I didn’t bother to inform her of that because I realized they probably hired their waitresses based on looks rather than alcoholic knowledge. Otherwise, we enjoyed a couple of bowl games on their large selection of big screen TV’s.
